At that time, we didn't know anything about how to sell the house at all (including the current market situation, how to set price, fix/upgrade house, stage house, post house on the market ... etc) so we definitely needed someone's help. Denise listened to all our questions and requests and gave us appropriate advice based on her knowledge and experience. She is very professional and reliable. As we discussed things together, we started feeling calmed down about selling the house. Denise also helped us to find a painter, carpet/flooring company, contractor, and house cleaning considering our budget. She also helped us to keep track of the progress with vendors.
