Liz Lavoie thinks of herself as a homemaker. While that was once true in the traditional sense of the word (she was a stay-at-home mom of three), in past years it has meant creating desirable homes for others. As a stager, interior designer and stylist, she has transformed lackluster houses into show-pieces of beauty and efficiency. As a real estate investor, she’s had great success buying, refurbishing and selling property. As a realtor, she brings her distinctive eye and knowledge directly to real estate clients. For buyers, she can help envision the potential (or lack thereof) in a prospective property. For sellers, she brings her unique expertise on preparing and marketing a home for sale. 

Having seen staging clients through the transition of moving house, the closing of one chapter of their lives and the breathtaking launch into the next one, she brings empathy and sensitivity to what can be a daunting process.
