Get to Know Me

Iryna Foehr is unfairly smart, but we don’t mind because she also works harder than most people we know. Originally from Ukraine and only four years a U.S. citizen, she has earned the trust, respect, and admiration of her colleagues and the community at large in record time.
 
You want honesty? Check. Business acumen? Check. Critical thinking? Check. Heart? Check. She can run the numbers and intuitively guide you to the right home all at the same time. She’s just as masterful with multiunit investment properties and savvy investors as she is with educating and supporting first-time homebuyers. If you want brilliant and accessible, she’s the one. She’ll be a dedicated listener and advocate while developing sales and purchase strategies that maximize your best interests. No kidding, she’s that good.
 
Iryna understands the distinct challenges of the competitive Bay Area real estate market and is sharp enough to negotiate the deal you want on your behalf. If we’re not mincing words, Iryna is an all-around badass in the best sense of the word. If only we were allowed to say that!
 
Iryna lives in San Anselmo, California, with her husband and two children. She’s active in the local community, supporting small businesses, local schools, and youth sports programs. In her free time, she can be found with her family hiking, biking, and enjoying Marin’s great weather and exceptional outdoor lifestyle.
 
As if this weren’t enough, Iryna also is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. We’re proud to call her our partner, and, we promise, you will be too.
