As a Bay Area native who got her start working for a luxury home builder, Erinn understands the nuances of home construction and home ownership from the ground up. With over 20 years of advising her clients on how to make informed and intelligent decisions, she has also played a key role in turning first time home buyers into future investors who enjoy generating income, accruing generational wealth, and creating the lives they’ve always dreamed of Erinn's tenacity, quick action and knowledge of the market, as well as her access to off-market properties, makes her a force to be reckoned with in what is otherwise be a complex and competitive landscape. Since purchasing her first Marin home at age 28, Erinn has accumulated extensive personal experience as both a home owner and an investor. Instilled with a strong DIY acumen by her parents, she has been building her own real estate portfolio while helping her clients to do the same for over two decades. Erinn is savvy about sales, rentals, renovations, new construction, town and county permitting and even out of state investing. She is a Certified Residential Specialist and Seniors Real Estate Specialist
Erinn’s focus is on helping her clients find, secure and sell homes. She contributes a portion of each sale toward lifting Guatemalan villages out of poverty. She has served on the advisory board for Home for a Home and looks forward to the next homebuilding trip. Stateside, Erinn is a regular contributor to Habitat for Humanity.
When not serving her clients, Erinn is an avid road and mountain cyclist. She regularly hikes with her husband and dog, Ace (pedigree: Marin Humane Society mutt) and lives for international adventure travel and sunsets, between DIY projects.
