Meet Bruce

Eleven Real Estate couldn’t be more honored to welcome this  industry legend to the team.

Bruce Berlinger’s illustrious career includes the sale of diverse properties and significant achievements as a real estate partner for over 40 years in the Bay Area, and more recently, a builder and developer in McCloud, CA.

His hands-on approach in real estate showcases his passion for helping clients find their dream homes or ideal investment properties. Over the years, he has renovated and constructed numerous homes, always striving to maximize value for both buyers and sellers.

Remarkably, Bruce has managed over 500 sales, totaling more than half a billion dollars across eight counties. Consistently ranked among the top 1% of Realtors in Marin County, he frequently places in the top 10 for individual production. His success is built on profound market knowledge, negotiation prowess, and exceptional communication skills.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bruce is a dedicated father who raised two children in the Mill Valley School District and remains deeply involved in his community. He has served on various committees, supported local sports teams, and volunteered with multiple organizations. His dual residence in Marin County and McCloud, CA, highlights his strong ties to his communities.

Bruce’s integrity and commitment to client satisfaction are the cornerstones of his approach, ensuring every real estate transaction is handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

Eleven Real Estate is thrilled to welcome Bruce Berlinger in partnership with Kristy Greenwood, confident that their combined experience and dedication will significantly benefit our clients and enhance our reputation for excellence in real estate services.
