Beverly Shwert absolutely loves selling real estate and all of the intricacies involved with the work. It’s a true passion. She is genuine, reliable, and hard-working. She enjoys meeting and interacting with new clients, sharing a good laugh, delivering in negotiations, and is happiest when she is busy. Not only is she competent, but she is extremely loyal to her clients and values their time and money as if it were her own. She also makes sure that she can give her clients the time and attention they need for a successful real estate transaction. Satisfied only when she exceeds her clients’ expectations, Beverly harnesses her positive mind set, commitment, and confidence to provide superior service.
Beverly’s previous career selling dental supplies throughout New England fulfilled her social nature while building a solid sales history. Before becoming a Realtor, she had a love for real estate. She regularly attended open houses to see the homes and speak with Realtors, keep a watch on the local market, and anxiously waited for the weekly paper that listed the recent sales. After moving to California and settling into Marin County with her family in 1996, Beverly’s interest only grew, and she became a licensed agent in 2002. Guiding with her property value, negotiation, and marketing expertise, she creates custom strategies to meet her clients’ unique needs and is committed to making each transaction as seamless as possible.
Beverly is proud of her two grown children that are both married with young children. She balances her busy career with visits to family, hiking, gardening, reading, tennis, and socializing with everyone from friends and family to clients and colleagues. She’s passionate about giving back to her community, volunteering for Rotary International, where she served as president of her club in 2015-2016 and continues to be an active member.
